Coding Dojo, Colleges Offer Scholarships In Response of ITT Tech Closure

Sep 8, 2016

ITT TECH TROUBLES: With the announcement of ITT Tech Institute shutting down its 130 campuses, many would-be students are scrambling to transfer their credits or find other financial support for school. In the wake of this news, bootcamp company Coding Dojo is offering scholarships up to $4,000 for students affected by the closure.

Students can use the money from the ITT Impacted Student Scholarship toward its October, November and December cohorts. Online program students can apply for a smaller scholarship. Columbus State also announced support for former ITT students, at $500 a piece for those transferring over. Other Philadelphia colleges have joined too to offer their assistance.
